Robbin Rabbani, MSN, CRNA (Founder)
Robbin graduated with his master’s degree in anesthesiology from University of Southern California in 2014. Since 2015, he has been an independent practitioner throughout CA. He has held chief CRNA roles at two different facilities in Central and Northern CA.
After graduating, Robbin has been focused on Regional Anesthesia and opioid-sparing modalities. He completed a fellowship in acute pain management from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia.
He co-created WCAP will the goal of creating a strong group of anesthesia providers focused on providing safe, efficient, and compassionate care. His focus has been anesthesia for orthopedics and plastics with a large emphasis on complex spine disc replacement and fusion.
Lisa Elbert Pulver, MSN, CRNA (Founder)
Lisa Elbert Pulver graduated with her masters degree in anesthesiology from University of California, Los Angeles in 1993. Since 1995, Lisa has been an independent practitioner throughout Southern California, focusing on plastic surgery and multi-specialty services at various outpatient surgery centers. She has been the chief of anesthesia at multiple private surgery centers.
After many years of staffing centers as a solo owner, she met Robbin and co-created WCAP with the goal of creating a strong group of anesthesia providers focused on providing safe, efficient, and compassionate care. Lisa is passionate about making sure her patients feel comfortable and have the best anesthetic experience possible.
Currently, Lisa is pursuing her Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesiology degree at Missouri State University.
